Hello! My name is Lexi, and I'm the director of "Scarecrow". During the film's production, I did a bit of everything. From storyboards to 2D animation, to 3D rendering and compositing. I had a blast learning about all of the different aspects that go into a hybrid production pipeline like ours, and the process was super insightful.

Fiona Rizvi
PRODUCER | 2D ANIMATION LEAD
Greetings, I am Fiona Rizvi, and I am the Producer on “Scarecrow.” My role included making playlists to review work every meeting, guiding students to their next project goal, 2D animating and compositing shots, organizing meetings outside of class, assigning students work, and overall organizing the film’s progress throughout the year. My role is an invisible job where I dedicated myself to this project fully. This film has not only taught me technical skills that I will carry into my future career, but has shown me the true power of a collaborative team. I am so proud of all the work each member of our team has accomplished and loved getting to laugh, learn, and create alongside these incredible artists.

Mason Harrison
PRODUCER | 2D ANIMATION LEAD
Hi! I'm Mason Hairrson, and I'm the Co-producer and Animation Lead on "Scarecrow". During the making of the film, I worked on 2D Animation, Cleanup, and Compositing, offering feedback, draw-overs, and other assistance to my peers. I also assisted supplementally with organized work, overall just popping in wherever and whenever I was needed. I enjoyed getting to learn new software and how they fit into our hybrid pipeline. I loved getting to learn, grow, and work alongside our amazing scarecrew to make this film a reality!

Triniti Smith
TECHNICAL LEAD | 3D ENVIRONMENT ARTIST
Hello! Good morning, afternoon, or evening. I'm Triniti Smith, the Technical Lead and Environment Artist for Scarecrow. Throughout development, I oversaw the film's 3D pipeline, ensuring smooth integration between 3D and 2D workflowers while ensuring visual consistency, solving technical challenges, and supporting the 3D team throughout development. I also created procedural tools and node systems in Blender, including solutions for wind animation, foliage scattering, and scene assembly, to make workflows more efficient for the artists around me. Alongside my technical work, I contributed to modeling, texturing, procedural shaders, lighting, and rendering. Having my hand in many of the film's exteriors.Additionally, I helped create the film's website. My favorite part of Scarecrow has certainly been the "Scare-crew!"

Victoria Perugini
ART DIRECTOR
Hey! I’m Vic and I am the Art Director of “Scarecrow”! I was responsible for guiding the overall style through iterative designs and sketches, where I mainly focused on development of the environment such as flora and hard surfaces, as well as matte paintings. Over the course of the film I was sticking my hands in wherever needed, and I got the fun experience of doing cleanup for 2D! I really loved working on this film and it was a great opportunity to expand my skills in both the 2D and 3D worlds!

Kaitlyn (Kay) Ryan
3D ANIMATION LEAD | VISUAL DEVELOPER
Hello! I'm Kay Ryan I am one of the visual developers and the 3D animator of Scarecrow. I designed the Scarecrow, and the 1800's farmers. I was the main animator for the cameras, and the only animator for the Scarecrow! Smaller works I did for the film was designing merch, the website and the drawing the main poster for the film. It was an honor to work with such a fun team on one of the few horror capstones of SCAD 2026!

Alex Armstrong
3D ENVIRONMENT ARTIST
Hello, my name is Alex Armstrong and I am one of the Technical Animators that worked on Scarecrow. I was responsible for researching and designing all of the trees based on public information and interviews with park staff in South Dakota. Most of my work focused on modeling and texturing exterior assets, where I got to strengthen my skills in texturing both organic and hard surfaces such as trees, props, houses, rocks, and more. I also oversaw the style consistency of the 3d department, and heavily influenced the texturing style of the film.

Nicholas Buchanan
3D ENVIROMENT ARTIST | CHARCTER MODELER
Hello! I'm Nicholas Buchanan, and I'm a part of Scarecrow's technical animation team as a 3D character and prop artist. Most of my time was spent modeling and texturing various creations throughout the film. I also did lighting, rendering, and compositing. Scarecrow was an amazing production, I learned so much from.

Hi I'm Jewel Hayden I am a 3D technical animator that specializes in visual development. In the film scarecrow I worked on the 3D backgrounds of the enviornament, interier and exterier modle of the house along with lighting passes.

Drew Stabilito
2D ANIMATOR | VISUAL DEVELOPER
Hi, I'm Drew and I was a 2D animator and character design on Scarecrow. I designed the crows as well a stheir rotted counterparts. I also provided silhouette concepts for our 1800s farmer characters. My favorite part about working on Scarecrow was definitely learning about bird anatomy and getting to study them from observation.

Bruno Misawa Marcondes
2D ANIMATOR | VOICE ACTOR
Hi! I'm Bruno Misawa Marcondes, and I was one of the 2D animators and voice actors for Scarecrow. I helped develop the final look of Mitch, the farmer, including his turnaround reference sheet, as well as the appearance of some crops within our backgrounds. Furthermore, I spent most of my time animating the characters, crows, and a few effects. Additionally, I also voiced Mitch and one of the farmers' scenes within our flashback shots. Lastly, I contributed to the cleanup animation, alongside compositing the final look of multiple shots, where I became acquainted with the software Nuke. Scarecrow was a delight to animate and voice act for, and I owe it all to our amazing "scarecrew!"

Luna Baker
2D ANIMATOR
Hi, I'm Luna Baker. I am one of the 2D Animators and the Color Leader for Scarecrow. During pre-production, I explored our main character's color palette for the film and colored our proof of concept. During production, I worked on character and creature animation, along with coloring shots and teaching others on the film how to color the shots for consistency in style.My favorite part of working on Scarecrow was our lively, creative team!

Jack (Owen) Myers
2D ANIMATOR | VOICE ACTOR | MUSIC LEAD
Hey there, I'm Owen Myers, otherwise known as Jack. Working on Scarecrow was a blast! During production, I was in charge of composing the music, was a 2D animator, and voiced one of the characters in the film! Learning the hybrid film pipeline was fun, and I am proud of how hard everyone worked on the film, as it really shows in the final movie!
